The Association
contracts security services from I.S.S.C.
The Community staffs two officers on-site,
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally,
a ranking supervisor is on duty eight hours
per day to oversee operations. Throughout
the development period, Builders may hire
additional officers to staff construction
entrances on an as-needed basis. The homeowners
association does not fund construction
security operations
Only Owners and residents
may access secondary gates throughout the
Community. Visitors are required to access
the community via the Main Gate. For purposes
of defining visitors relating to this policy,
a visitor is any vehicle whose Owner does
not have a valid state of Texas identification
card listing a Royal Oaks address. Further,
only authorized visitors may access the Community
through the Main Gate. A visitor is authorized
in one of three ways. The first is if an owner
has listed them on their gate activation form
with the homeowners association. (A copy of
the gate activation form is kept on file with
Security). Second is if an owner has called
Security in advance, informing them of an
impending visit. Third is if upon the visitor
checking in, Security makes phone contact
with the owner confirming authorization to
access the Community. It is recommended that
owners who are expecting visitors call Security
prior to their expected arrival. Unauthorized
visitors will not be granted access to the
Community.
